At Sans Herbals, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your products on time. Because our system moves quickly, we have a specific window during which cancellations can be processed.
Please read through our cancellation guidelines below:
Before Dispatch: You can request to cancel your order within 2–4 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been marked as "Processed" or handed over to our delivery partner (Delhivery). To cancel, please email us immediately at sansherbals@gmail.com with your Order ID, or contact our customer support team.
After Processed/Dispatched: Once an order status changes to “Processed” or it has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Final Decision: Sans Herbals reserves the complete right to decide whether an order can be canceled based on its current fulfillment stage. By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees to accept Sans Herbals' final decision regarding the cancellation eligibility.
There are certain situations where Sans Herbals may be forced to cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
Pricing Errors: The product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error.
Stock Limitations: The product is unexpectedly out of stock or fails our quality check before packaging.
Delivery Issues: Our logistics partner (Delhivery) cannot service your specific PIN code or address.
Fraud Prevention: The order is flagged by our payment gateway or security systems as potentially fraudulent.
Our Promise: If Sans Herbals cancels your order for any of the reasons above, it will be done regardless of whether payment has already been received. We will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method immediately and notify you via email or SMS.
Prepaid Orders: If your cancellation request is approved before processing, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment mode (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since no payment is collected at the time of placing a COD order, no refund will be required if the cancellation is approved before shipping.
If a customer rejects a package at their doorstep upon delivery without a valid, pre-approved reason, or if a delivery fails because of a customer mistake (such as providing an incorrect phone number or address), the order will be flagged as a Return to Origin (RTO).
In these cases, Sans Herbals reserves the right to deduct the two-way shipping costs incurred via Delhivery before issuing any remaining balance as a store credit, and future COD privileges for the account may be suspended.
