Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499/- anywhere in India.
Orders Below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be added to your total cart value.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all orders. For orders below ₹499, a COD fee of ₹100 will apply. For orders above ₹499, no COD charges apply.
Final Cart Value: The cart threshold for free shipping (₹499) is calculated after applying any discounts, rewards, or coupon codes.
Our Delivery Partner: We partner with Delhivery to ensure your packages arrive safely and efficiently.
Timeline: Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Tentative delivery times range between 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Holidays & Exceptions: Orders received on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Please expect mild processing or transit delays during festivals or local restrictions. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses may require 1–2 additional days for delivery.

If we receive a cancellation request after your order has already been marked as "Processed" or handed over to Delhivery, it cannot be canceled. Sans Herbals reserves the complete right to decide whether an order eligibility window allows for cancellation. By purchasing, the customer agrees to accept Sans Herbals' final decision regarding cancellations.
Sans Herbals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, out-of-stock scenarios, or for any other unforeseen reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been received. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued immediately, and you will be notified.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, wrong contact number, or recipient unavailable), any extra shipping costs incurred for re-delivery via Delhivery will be charged to the customer.
Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Sans Herbals reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Discounts are only valid once successfully applied at checkout before final payment.
Coupons can only be used on our official website and apply strictly to products sold directly by Sans Herbals.
Coupons are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise.
Returns: If you return an item purchased with a coupon, the coupon's discounted value will be subtracted from your final return credit.
Standard shipping charges (₹100 for orders under ₹499) still apply to coupon-validated orders if the final post-discount total falls below the free shipping threshold.
Offers are valid only while supplies last. Consumer is responsible for any applicable local taxes related to the use of promotional coupons.
